• Analytics data (with your consent): Page views, quiz interactions, course progress events, and scroll depth — collected via Google Analytics 4. This data is anonymised and aggregated.
• Locally stored data: Quiz results, course progress, language preference, and analytics consent are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you share it.
• Payment data: When you purchase a course, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to payment transactions.
• Email address: If you contact us by email, we retain your email address solely to respond to your enquiry.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We rely on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Analytics cookies and tracking are only activated after you provide explicit consent via our cookie banner.

Analytics data retained in Google Analytics is subject to a 14-month retention window (our configured maximum). Locally stored data (quiz scores, course progress) remains on your device until you clear your browser storage. We do not retain payment data.

SIQ Platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.
